Only your public chat — who typed in your stream. We never read message content. Lurkers (people who watch without chatting) are never tracked. Your dashboard is private — only you see it.

Yes. Any viewer can type !optout in your chat and they'll disappear from your dashboard permanently. They can type !optin to come back. Their choice, always.

Present works best for small and mid-size streamers where recognition still feels personal. For larger streamers, it surfaces rare moments — someone who's been there since the beginning, or who came back after months away.

Present is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

Your Twitch username and display name
List of viewers who chat in your stream (not lurkers)
Chat activity data — who chatted, when, how often
Private notes you add about viewers (visible only to you)

What we never collect

Lurkers are never tracked — if someone watches without chatting, we don't know they exist
Message content — we never store or analyze what people say in chat. The only exception is detecting opt-out commands (see below).

We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties.

Viewer opt-out

Any viewer can type !optout in your chat to be permanently removed from Present. They can type !optin to return.

To detect opt-out commands, Present connects to Twitch chat via IRC. We check only whether a message matches the opt-out command — message content is never stored, analyzed, or read for any other purpose.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely in the EU (Ireland). Each streamer's data is isolated — only you can see your viewers.
